Value Solution for Measurement (VSM TM)

Level Measurement

VEDA’s scope for the level feature under VSM ™ shall include Engineering, Procurement and supply of level measurement technology for a specified application. This shall include Engineered Stillwell ™ (Also called Chamber/Bridles) assembled with instruments (Radar/Level gage /DP transmitter etc ), hydro tested and shipped as a single unit ready for installation at site. This service shall save our customers valuable Engineering , Procurement and construction resources, both man hours and cost. If the customer wishes to supply the instrument as free issue to the contractor, VEDA shall manufacture Stillwell ™ and offer the assembly for hydro / leak test as per customer specification. VEDA offers a wide choice of Stillwell ™ options to choose from. Please send us enquiry for your requirements.

Pressure Measurement

VEDA’s scope for the pressure feature under VSM ™ includes assembling of Pressure gages/transmitters to mono flanges or hookups. All these items will be integrated and hydro tested and shipped as a single unit ready for installation at site. This close coupled installation has many advantages like No impulse line plugging, Reduction in Engineering, Procurement and installation cost.

Flow Control and Measurement

VEDA’s scope for the flow feature under VSM ™ shall include Engineering, Procurement and supply of flow measurement and control technology. This shall include Engineered primary elements like orifice flanges , meter run assemblies, Venturies or any flow device assembled with transmitters through hook ups /manifolds or mono flanges and Flow control valves with by pass valves.

The whole system will be skid mounted , hydro tested and shipped as a single unit ready for installation at site. This service shall save our customers valuable Engineering , Procurement and construction resources, both man hours and cost.

If the customer wishes to supply the instrument and valves as free issue to the contractor, VEDA shall assemble and offer hydro /leak test as per customer specification/drawings.

Temperature Measurement

VEDA’s scope for the temperature feature under VSM ™ includes assembling of Temperature gauges /transmitters to Sensors & Thermo wells. All these items will be integrated and hydro tested and shipped as a single unit ready for installation at site.
